Don't let your scenario analysis become a forgotten PDF
Large companies often spend a lot of money on climate risk scenario analyses that end up as a static document, disconnected from strategy and unable to pass an audit. That creates governance problems and delivers no real result for the company.
Centralize ESG risk management
Climate and nature share the same assessment and response structure. The status of each requirement is calculated from the catalog, the LEAP journey and the scenarios, with no manual ticking.

IFRS S1 and S2
Risks and opportunities with financial impact, scenario analysis and periodic review shown cycle by cycle. The basis of CVM 193 in Brazil.

TCFD
Governance, strategy, risk management and metrics, with physical and transition risks and opportunities in the same catalog.

TNFD
Nature-related dependencies and impacts, priority locations and systemic risks, with the LEAP approach on the same four pillars as TCFD.
The ISSB is bringing nature-related disclosure into IFRS S1 and S2 based on TNFD, and IFRS S1 already requires disclosure of material nature-related risks. Companies that structure TNFD now will meet the new requirement with data, locations and history already in place.
Every number with its source, method and owner
Open any item to see the likelihood and impact matrix, the financial impact range and where it came from. Auditors can trace each number back to the report page.
- Minimum, expected and maximum impact with methodology
- Horizon and the assets, operations and suppliers affected
- Response, scenarios, evidence and immutable history tabs
Scenario analysis that shows the net impact
Risks in the rows, scenarios in the columns. Reading across shows how each risk changes between futures; reading down shows each scenario's net impact.
- NZE 1.5°C, Current policies, High warming, IPCC SSPs and in-house scenarios
- The TNFD scenario matrix for the nature lens
- Source, methodology, date and owner in every cell
The consultancy's analysis comes in structured
The consultancy fills in the template and the platform links each value to the catalog. Before you confirm, the reconciliation screen shows what has no match.
- Template upload or assisted manual entry
- New risks created straight from the reconciliation
- History by cycle that shows the review IFRS S2 requires
Nature through the TNFD LEAP approach
A guided journey to locate, evaluate, assess and prepare that ends in pre-filled catalog items.
- Geolocated assets and suppliers with sensitivity criteria
- Dependency and impact matrix by activity and location
- Imported results from ENCORE, IBAT, WRI Aqueduct and WWF Risk Filter
Disclosure calculated from the data
The Framework Library shows what is met, partial or pending for each standard, and which data supports each requirement.
- IFRS S1 and S2, TCFD, TNFD, GRI 101 and ESRS E4
- Requirements that update as the catalog is filled in
- Gaps visible before the report, not after
Questions about risks and opportunities
Does Climoo run climate and nature models?
No. The platform does not project temperature by location or run biodiversity models. Results from consultancies and tools such as CLIMADA, Jupiter, ENCORE, IBAT, WRI Aqueduct and WWF Risk Filter come in through structured upload or assisted manual entry, and Climoo governs that data all the way to disclosure.
Which standards does the module cover?
IFRS S1 and S2, adopted in Brazil through CVM 193, TCFD and TNFD, plus the climate and nature requirements of GRI 201-2, GRI 101 (Biodiversity) and ESRS E4. The status of each requirement is calculated from the catalog, the LEAP journey and the scenario analysis.
Why handle climate and nature in the same catalog?
TNFD was designed to mirror the four TCFD pillars, and the ISSB is bringing nature into IFRS S1 and S2 based on TNFD. One catalog avoids duplicate workflows, and a single risk, such as water scarcity, can be tagged with both lenses.
What is the LEAP approach?
It is the method TNFD recommends for assessing nature-related risks: locate where the company operates and sources, evaluate dependencies and impacts, assess risks and opportunities, and prepare the strategy and disclosure. In Climoo, each step is guided and ends in catalog items.
How does the consultancy's analysis get into the platform?
Through the risk, scenario, impact, methodology and source template, which the consultancy fills in. The platform links each value to the catalog and shows a reconciliation screen before you confirm. Reports without a standard structure come in through assisted manual entry, with the reference document attached.
How do I show the periodic review IFRS S2 requires?
Each analysis cycle keeps the previous version. Managers compare how estimates change between cycles, and the change history is immutable.
Do opportunities go into the catalog too?
Yes, with the same structure as risks. IFRS S1 requires opportunities to be disclosed with equal weight, and the catalog covers efficiency, products, markets, resilience and, under the nature lens, ecosystem protection and restoration.
